The whole point of UGL Newsletter is simple: help lifters stay safe, stay informed, and stay as scammer‑free as possible. This site exists because the underground scene is full of brilliant labs, awful labs, and good labs that eventually turn bad and without sharing info, it’s far too easy to get burned in silence.
Right now, with so many new brands popping up, old names turning rogue, and more people relying on online sources, this is the perfect time to come together and update each other on who is no longer worthy of our trust.

What this thread is for
This thread is our community blacklist. A place to warn each other about:
- Scam artists and rogue labs that took your money and didn’t deliver.
- Labs that went from good to bad: underdosed batches, obvious changes in quality, or repeated issues.
- Sources that disappeared, ghosted, or hid behind endless excuses when things went wrong.
This is not about hunting for the “best” lab or advertising anyone. It is purely about WHO TO AVOID, so the next guy doesn’t pay to learn the same lesson.
Turn a bad experience into something powerful
Getting ripped off is brutal. You lose money, time, maybe even a whole prep, and you’re left with nothing but frustration. Posting a complaint on a biased forum that nobody takes serious doesn’t change much.
Here, your story actually matters!
By adding your experience to this thread:
- You make sure your voice is heard and not buried or deleted somewhere else.
- You get a form of payback: the lab that burned you loses future business because you spoke up.
- You can walk away knowing your bad experience protected another lifter’s wallet, health and progress.
You might not get your cash back, but you absolutely can stop the same people doing it again to someone else.
How to post (and what to include)
To keep this thread genuinely useful, please include:
- Lab or brand name.
- Rough timeframe (e.g. “late 2024”, “summer 2025”).
- What actually happened:
- Under‑ or overdosed gear
- Crashed vials, filthy oil, strange reactions
- Never received the order / fake tracking / constant excuses
- Clear change from “used to be good” to “not the same anymore”
- If you have any proof (e.g. lab test, bloodwork, repeated failed orders), mention that briefly. You don’t need to upload documents, but say if it’s more than just a feeling.
Short, honest, factual posts are best. No drama, just data.
Manual approval and proof
To keep this thread from turning into a playground for grudges and made‑up stories, every comment will be manually reviewed and approved before it goes live.
That means:
- Posts need at least a basic level of credibility, not “my mate’s cousin heard…”, but your own experience.
- Personal vendettas, doxxing, or attempts to weaponise this thread against competitors will not get through.
The goal is to protect people, not to host witch‑hunts. Manual approval keeps this as clean and trustworthy as possible.
Why your input matters
Most of the steroid market runs on trust and word of mouth. When that word of mouth is honest, the whole community gets stronger. When it’s fake, sponsored or silenced, the wrong people win and the right people pay for it.
By contributing:
- You help build a real, user‑driven warning list that others can check before they spend.
- You push back against quietly underdosing, silent rebrands, and labs that think nobody will ever call them out.
- You show that this community still looks after each other, not just in the gym, but at the point of sale.
If you’ve ever been scammed, underdosed, or let down, this is your chance to turn that into something positive. Share your experience below, let it be seen, and help the next iron brother keep his money, his health, and his progress. Whilst it is just comments below for now, eventually, we will have a page of Scammers that the guys will join.
